The Ministry of Education and Science has issued a decree to reschedule comprehensive school classes on 1 November for a different day. In 2011, the testing of secondary school students will take place from 2 June until 10 July , Ukrainian Minister for Education Dmitry Tabachnik said. "We’ve agreed that the testing will take place from 2 June until 10 July, including the testing itself and the issue of certificates. Appeals will be studied until 22 July," the minister added.
